Sutton Coldfield

This project enabled us to explore different design options to bring together diverse range of companies within one space. Taking an existing shell and office building whilst working with different materials, color pallets and through our interior design arm of Co-Arch, we were able to explore different design concepts ending with this hybrid finish. The upstairs lighter color pallets softer materials mixed with vegetation enable a sustainable approach to a co-working environment and encourages through these elements integration and conversation between different companies. Contrasting this the darker divided spaces on the ground floor enable individuality and privacy to those seeking more corporate/private office meetings. The overall project has been a huge success and welcomed by our client, who are looking to get this project underway next year.
